Is my client data private?

Yes — completely. Solenote has no server and no account. Everything you enter is stored encrypted on your device and is never sent anywhere. See our Privacy Policy.

Does the AI send my notes to the cloud?

No. Dictation and AI note structuring run entirely on your device using Apple’s on-device technologies. Your notes never leave your device.

The “Structure into…” AI button isn’t showing.

On-device AI drafting needs a device that supports Apple Intelligence. On other devices, the templates and dictation still work fully — just type or dictate into each section directly.

How do superbills work?

Add your provider details in Settings → Practice profile (name, NPI, Tax ID, license, address, and signature). Then open a client, tap “Superbill,” choose a date range, and generate a PDF you can share or print. Your client submits it to their insurer for out-of-network reimbursement.

How do I back up my data?

Because your data is on-device, it’s included in your encrypted iPhone/iPad backups (iCloud Backup or a computer backup). Keeping device backups on is the best way to protect your records. Optional cloud sync is planned for a future version.

How do I manage or cancel my subscription?

Open the App Store → your account → Subscriptions, or visit apps.apple.com/account/subscriptions.

How do I delete everything?

Settings → “Erase all data” permanently removes all clients, sessions, notes, payments, and superbills from your device. Deleting the app also removes its data.
