Solenote is made by NYRAI LLC (“we”, “us”). Contact: hello@nyrai.ai.
Everything you enter into Solenote is stored only on your device, in an encrypted local database protected by iOS file protection:
Nothing. Solenote has no server, no analytics, and no user accounts. We do not collect, transmit, see, or store any of your information or your clients’ information. There is no “sign in,” because there is nowhere to sign in to.
Solenote can transcribe your dictation and help structure your rough notes into clinical formats (SOAP, DAP, BIRP, and more). Both run entirely on your device:
The only time your data leaves Solenote is when you deliberately export or share a superbill PDF (for example, AirDrop, print, email, or save to Files). That action is yours and under your control. We are not involved and receive nothing.
Because your records live on your device, they are included in your own encrypted Apple device backups (iCloud Backup or a computer backup), if you have those turned on. That backup is between you and Apple — it never goes to us, and we receive nothing. We recommend keeping device backups on so you don't lose irreplaceable records if your device is lost. The strength of on-device encryption depends on your device having a passcode or Face ID set.
Because your data lives only on your device, you are always in control. Settings → “Erase all data” permanently deletes everything. Deleting the app also removes its data. We have no copy to delete on our end.
Solenote is a professional tool for licensed clinicians and is not directed to children.
This version of Solenote is on-device only. If we ever add optional cloud sync, it will be exactly that — optional, off by default, and governed by an updated privacy policy and the appropriate agreements. We will never silently start collecting your data.
Solenote is a documentation and practice-organizing aid, not clinical, legal, medical, or financial advice, and it guarantees no outcome. You are the author and owner of your records.
